1. Learn
The first phase of any project is to learn more about your idea, your company, your values and basically anything and everything we can to understand who you are and what it is you do. The learning process is done through the use of our client survey, interviews with key decision makers in your company, interviews or studies with your clients/consumers, and any other research method that deems appropriate for the job ahead. This is also a good time to find out more about us and if we'll be the right fit for your project.
2. Organize
This step of the project is dedicated to focusing the eye on the prize. After we have a strong idea of where you are, we have to define where you want to go and what it will take to get there. We prioritize your business goals and start creating a road map that will lead us to the next phase.
3. Create
Now is the time to find the solution to your problems. With a road map in hand and a solid understanding of your company's goals and audience, a picture of the end result starts to take shape. Often times more than one solution is presented and discussed thoroughly to ensure the best long-term results are achieved. In the end, the chosen schema is usually not what anyone was expecting before the project began.
4. Formulate
We want the solution to not only look great, but work as designed. Every detail of the proposed solution is combed over and discussed by our design and development team to guarantee nothing is overlooked. Design specs are thoroughly defined and meticulous technical specs are created, building a solid foundation for the build ahead.
5. Build
Every project is handled with the thought of being award winning from both the front and the back. A mix of new and proven technologies is used to make the behind the scenes action rock just as hard as the front. After all, what good is a brand new car if you've got an old engine running it?
6. Manifest
How do you find out how strong something is? You try to break it of course. We put each product through a series of rigorous testing scenarios in-house to expose and reinforce any weak spots found. Only after meeting our high standards of development do we push the product into live production. This can be a make or break moment, and no one wants the latter.
7. Keep Track
From the first day of the launch, measures are in place to start tracking the projects success. Our team will work with you to define what is successful and how to build upon that to improve your bottom line going forward. Your brand is a part of us now and all we want is to show it a little love to keep growing.
